This project involved the demolition of Paudie’s Bar and Restaurant in Dingle and the construction of a new 27 Bedroom Hotel, Bar and Restaurant.

The hotels interior was designed by an architectural designer and the finished incorporated natural stone and hardwoods. The ceilings of the bar and restaurant has exceptional coffered and stepped designs, featuring deep covings, timber details and modern lighting.

The bedrooms to the rear of the hotel were to be built on a sloping site, the preparation for these rooms involved excavating down 10 mts supporting neighbouring ground with trench sheeting and mast concrete walls. Therefore, allowing the bedrooms to be built within the confines of a small site. This project involved all aspects of construction from structural ground work to detailed construction finishes to a high standard of joinery & fit out.
